Yes. Soul Treats Bangkok sends two therapists at the same time, one for each of you, so you and your partner or friend have your massages together in your own room. There is no spa to travel to and no waiting while one person goes first.
Most of what comes up when you search for a couples massage in Bangkok is about visiting a spa: reserving a shared treatment room, sitting in traffic on the way there, then finding a taxi back to the hotel afterwards. An in-room couples massage turns that around. Two professionally trained therapists come to your hotel, condo or serviced apartment in central Bangkok, arrive in the brown Soul Treats uniform and bring the massage oils and balm with them. We confirm the total on WhatsApp before the therapists set off, and the quoted price is the price you pay. There is no travel charge within 7 km of Sukhumvit Soi 22, which covers Nana, Asok, Phrom Phong, Thong Lo, Ekkamai, Silom, Sathorn, Pratunam and the Riverside. Can we choose different treatments or lengths?
Yes. Each person books their own treatment and length, so one of you can have a firm Thai massage while the other has a slow aromatherapy massage, and one can book 60 minutes while the other books 90.
This is often the easiest way to keep two people happy. Couples rarely want exactly the same thing: one has spent the morning walking Chatuchak Weekend Market and wants their legs worked, the other flew in overnight and simply wants to switch off. Popular pairings include:
- Thai and oil. Traditional Thai massage (from THB 800) uses palm pressure and assisted stretches with no oil, so you wear loose, comfortable clothes. Oil Relaxation massage (from THB 900) uses long, flowing strokes with warm oil, and you stay covered by the bed sheet apart from the area being worked on.
- Aromatherapy and Deep Tissue. One of you chooses a scent for a calming aromatherapy massage (from THB 1,100), while the other asks for firmer, targeted pressure on the shoulders and back with Deep Tissue (from THB 1,000). If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with a doctor before booking deeper work.
- Different lengths. Both massages take place at the same time, so if one of you books 60 minutes and the other 90, the shorter session simply finishes first. Many guests use that half hour for a shower or to order room service.
