Two therapists work on you at the same time with palm and thumb pressure and assisted stretches, with no oil, while you wear loose clothing on your own bed. What to expect from your four hands massage in Bangkok
Two therapists arrive in the brown Soul Treats uniform and the massage takes place on your own bed, so there is nothing to set up. Wear something loose, such as a T-shirt with shorts or light trousers. Like our traditional Thai massage, it uses no oil, so you stay dressed from start to finish.
After a short chat about pressure and any stiff areas, both therapists work together with palm and thumb pressure and assisted stretches. With two rhythms at once, the body stops trying to follow a single pair of hands, and many guests find it easier to switch off. It is not automatically twice as intense: the pressure is agreed with you as usual, and it can be gentle or firm.
Two therapists need to be free at the same time, so booking ahead helps, especially for a late-night massage. Once confirmed, they usually arrive about 40 minutes after booking. Four hands is for one guest; if two of you would like a massage each, see couples massage in your hotel.
