What should I send in my booking message?
Everything in one message lets us confirm straight away:
- Where you are. Hotel name and room number, or condo building, tower, floor and unit, plus a map pin if you have one.
- The treatment. For example traditional Thai, oil relaxation, aromatherapy or deep tissue.
- The length. 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
- The time. As soon as possible, or a specific start time.
- Any requests. A favourite therapist, two therapists for a couple, or pressure preferences.

How quickly will you reply, and how fast can a therapist arrive?
We reply as quickly as we can during opening hours. Once confirmed, a therapist usually reaches your hotel or condo about 40 minutes later, depending on traffic. Late in the evening, message early for the latest slots: as a rough guide, the latest start is about 2am for 60 minutes and 1am for 120 minutes.
What happens after I book?
We confirm the therapist, the price and an arrival window in the same chat. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no travel charge within 7 km of Sukhumvit Soi 22. When your therapist is on her way you can message us in the same thread with any update, such as a change of room or a lobby meeting point.
If plans change, cancellation is free up to 1 hour before the booked start time. Just reply in the chat.
